Unlock your mind - you know that feeling you get, with certain memories? the kind of feeling that can practically take you back to relive those five senses? who-what-when-where-why you felt so damn good. don't take it for granted. they are set in stone, and will forever be peaceful. even in the most chaotic of times, go there.
i'll share one of mine with you : santorini, greece. may '09. riding past the royal blue sea, white washed buildings, and volcanic beauty. wind in my hair, and the rays beating down on my sun kissed shoulders.
think of yours,

b's book brainstorm!
I know, being red eyed and pastey mouthed - we're all guilty of major munchies- but sooner than later we have to come to terms with the fact that although tv dinners and doritos may seem like a good idea at the time - will deplete your energy, pack on the pounds, and half the time you dont even know what the eff their made of. Also, 4 bones may not seem like alot to spend on a big mac & fries - but times that by even just 3 times a week = something like $642 /year. know how many oz's you could buy with that!? over the next little while, i'll share some of my simple smart savoury stoner snackies .
wake and bake breaky cake :
start by making some crepes, they are so easy - and if you're too spacey you can make the mixture the night before, it will sit in the fridge fine.. just dont forget!
YOU WILL NEED:
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon melted butter
* this batch should make about 7 or 8 crepes!
* add 4 tsp sugar for sweet crepes!
whisk em' all together in the first bowl you find..
grab a frying pan & turn on an element..
spray it with non-stick cooking spray!
Pour enough of the mix to cover the bottom of the frying pan. Let sit for a few seconds, until golden brown. Dont be a bass head. Flip it, and fry up the other side!
NEXT..
Look in your pantry, fridge, fruit bowl. What do you find?
- bacon, ham, scrambled eggs, salsa, sour cream, onions, mushrooms, cheese, whatever your heart desires.
- peanut butter, nutella, raspberry/strawberry/blueberry jam, fruit, marmadlade, chocolate chips/sauce, marshmallows, whipped cream, icing sugar, cream cheese, coconut, syrup.
lay down the crepe, spread something on top, keep stacking,
once it looks desireable - cut it into peices, like a cake.
VOILA!
My Personal Faves..
Blazin' Banana Bites : bananas, nutella, and peanut butter.
Mexican Munch : cheesy eggs, salsa, sour cream, bacon.
Tropical Tokin' :: pineapple, whipped cream, coconut shavings.
We B Jammin': raspberry jam, icing sugar, syrup.
That's all for today mary janes & gents,
PS: don't forget to turn off the stove!

ridiculous is beautiful.
Think less, just be. the world wastes so much time trying to uphold any expectations that are set out for us, that we lose ourselves in the proscess. as cliche as it sounds, follow your heart. at the end of the day, you only have to answer to yourself. so whatever it may be that puts that smile on your face, do it. disregared the thought of anything being ridiculous, because ridiculous is beautiful. walk the road where the sun shines brighter, paint with the colours of the rainbow, and speak - the words that you believe ring true.
